If you are reading this, it means you and I have spoken directly or that you have been referred specifically to me to protect your new idea or brand name.

This VIP page is not a public page and is kept under very careful wraps.
In fact, if my parents, brother, sister, wife or kids wanted to get a friend over to my law firm, this is the page that I have asked them to share. Outside of my immediate family, I only share this VIP referral page with a small close-knit inner circle of attorneys, judges, former clients, and very close friends.
My best client relationships over the past 25+ years have all come to me through trusted referrals. Although we do get work from entrepreneurs that stumble across my law firm in an online search or that drive by one of our offices and see our signage, the best clients are the referred clients.
As such, it is my goal to have my law firm offer special VIP preferential treatment to clients referred to me through this page.

Scheduling a Consultation
Here’s what you can expect when scheduling a consultation with us:
- You will meet one-on-one with one of our Client Relationship Managers. We will discuss your current situation, and where you would like to be in the future. This meeting can occur at our office, over the phone, or via a video call. We are here to make this as easy as possible for you.
- We lay out all of your options. Sometimes, you won’t need any additional services from us, and we can point you in the right direction. Often, you will decide you may need additional legal help, and we can discuss how our fees work.
- We block off 45 minutes for your consultation. The consultation is to discuss your idea and to go over our patent process and fees with you.
